Fiona Cosgrove - Managing Director, Coach, Trainer, Corporate Coach and Presenter

Fiona is the founder and Managing Director of WCA. With over 25 years experience in the health, fitness and wellness industries, Fiona has a vast depth of experience ranging from health club owner, university lecturer, keynote speaker, wellness coach trainer, counselor, author and in 2011/2012 was National General Manager of  The Golden Door group of health retreats. She holds Masters Degrees in Exercise Science and in Counselling and is a certified and licensed Wellnes Coach with Wellcoaches in the US.  Fiona is passionate about helping people and organisations be the best they can be by recognising that optimal mental, physical and emotional wellness are essential for growth of the individual and within the corporate culture. She is a sought after speakers in many arenas and runs many of the coach training programs. Fiona has written a book “Coach yourself to Wellness” and workbook that supports many of her programs.

Fiona was also a Finalist in the 2014 Telstra Business Women's Awards.

Dave Carroll - Coach, Trainer and Presenter

As a registered naturopath, personal fitness trainer, yoga instructor and wellness coach, David Carroll has a passion for health, fitness and personal development. He has spent the last twenty years blending his skills in naturopathic medicine, nutrition, exercise programming and wellness coaching to help people reach their personal weight management and wellness goals. His broad range of tertiary qualifications and years of clinical experience have given him a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic relationship between the mind and body, when it comes to health and human performance. David also runs a wellness and weight management clinic from the Centennial Health Club in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Jenny Keady - Coach and Trainer

Jenny Keady has worked in the area of health promotion, fitness and organisational development for over 25 years having held senior roles in both government organisations and the health and wellness tourism market.
 
Jenny knows that the secrets of great coaching are empathy, knowledge and ongoing learning.  Her personal passion - helping people to be the best version of themselves – marries perfectly with her roles in coach training, training development and coach mentoring with Wellness Coaching Australia. She has strong values and a depth of experience in corporate, health retreats and individual wellness coaching which allows Jenny to truly connect with and understand the people she works with. Her work with Wellness Coaching Australia combines her two loves – wellness and working with people

Melanie White - Coach, Trainer and Business Coach/Mentor

Melanie White is a Wellness Coach and business systems developer for WCA. After 13 years in a corporate role as co-Founder and General Manager of a mid-sized Environmental Consultancy, Melanie realised what she really loved was empowering people to be their best. As someone who loves the process of change herself, Melanie subsequently succession-planned herself out of the firm over two years, then moved to NSW to pursue her passion.  Since starting a new life in a new town with no contacts, Melanie has carved out her own successful niche in food and wellness coaching. She works with WCA as a Business Coach and Coach Mentor, runs her own food coaching business (with licensees), and personal coaching business.

Melanie has an Honours Degree in Biology, Cert III and IV in Personal Training, WellCoaches USA (WellCoaches) 2014, Accredited Certificate of Nutrition and Metabolic Typing Advisor Level 1. 

Lucine Eusani - Coach and Trainer

Lucine has worked for nearly a decade with ex-combatants and victims from the armed conflict in Colombia. Given this experience, she chose to focus her work around the mind/body connection in healing, individually and collectively. Lucine has a Masters and an MPhil in Conflict Resolution, 9 years of yoga teaching, several years experience running workshops with indigenous healers in the Amazon jungle, and training as a life coach as well as an NLP Master Practitioner. She brings this diverse background into her work as a life coach & wellness coach, running workshops, and now working with Wellness Coaching Australia in the Wellness Coach Levels 1, 2 and 3 coach training. 

Kelly Davis-Martin - Coach and Trainer

Kelly has a Masters degree is Health Education and Promotion and she is currently working on her doctorate to learn more on how to help people reach their goals with wellness coaching.  She is also a Certified Professional Wellness Coach with Wellcoaches. She is the Chair for the Health and Productivity Institute of New Zealand and she is on the advisory board for Health and Wellness Coaching at the Institute of Coaching with Harvard. Kelly believes that health and wellness coaching bridges the gap that has been missing between health knowledge and health behaviors. She has faced health challenges in her life and is passionate about helping others on their journey from surviving to thriving. 

Carly Dyer - Coach and Trainer

Carly brings a lifelong love of learning and a love of people to her roles as coach and trainer for WCA. She has various university degrees in teaching, linguistics and health science, and is passionate about the intersection between public health and education. After many years of work in the education sector, Carly trained as a wellness coach and now specialises in coaching for women's wellness issues - helping women navigate weight loss, hormonal transition times, and the journey through pregnancy and birth to optimal post-natal health. She recently completed postgraduate research on the psychology of health behaviour change for weight loss, and is currently working on her PhD with the Faculty of Health at the Queensland University of Technology.

Gail Brown - Coach and Trainer

Gail has a strong fitness background working in the Fitness Industry and Education for more than 20 years. Her roles have included running a successful Personal Training business, Team Leader of the Health and Fitness department within a large government registered training organisation and advanced skills lecturer developing and delivering content in the Cert III, IV and Diploma of Fitness qualifications.

She holds a Post Graduate tertiary teaching qualification, Double Diploma in both Fitness, Sport & Recreation and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Working currently in her own coaching business, Gail uses her passion and knowledge of fitness nutrition and mindset behaviours to connect with and help people rediscover the power and beauty within themselves that sometimes gets lost when working through challenging life events.

Wendy Richmond - Course Development

Wendy is an Exercise Scientist with nearly three decades of experience in the health and  fitness industry. Wendy has a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Bachelors degree in Biochemistry. She is a Cert IV workplace trainer and Assessor and has qualifications in clinical Pilates. 

Wendy has managed commercial and corporate gyms and through her career as an exercise scientist has worked with normal population as well as special needs individuals She has experience with many types of sporting teams to design and deliver appropriate motivational, fitness and rehabilitation programs .

While working in the corporate field. Wendy performed many hours of health coaching  and health promotion. The corporate field has also provided Wendy with the opportunity to implement and manage lifestyle intervention programs for employees of large organisations .

Prior to moving to Brisbane 10 years ago she was employed as the education manager for a large RTO and designed, delivered  and assessed health and fitness educational packages from Cert III through to diploma. She has delivered lectures throughout Australia and internationally. 

Throughout her career Wendy has strived to create a happier, healthier and fitter population in Australia. She believes that each stage of life a person passes through, has different physiological and psychological needs that  must be taken into consideration when creating change programs. Wendy believes that achieving health and wellness is a lifetime work.

Jaye James - Business, Sales and Marketing Manager

Jaye has built a wealth of knowledge and experience cultivating her strategic marketing skills and developing her career within the Health, Wellness and Lifestyle space for over 12 years having worked for national and international brands. Her strength lies in her holistic approach towards developing strategic and tactical sales and marketing practices, process driven lead generation practices and combining operational sales and marketing efficiencies to drive success in this unique and competitive industry.

She works at WCA as the business, sales and marketing manager. More often then not, Jaye will be the one you speak with before embarking on your training with us where she holds a huge wealth of knowledge in the business and marketing application of health and wellness coaching. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Public Relations and is a member of the Australia Marketing Institute.
