Fiona Cosgrove offers individual and group services (please note that it is possible to arrange for coaches in different locations if you would prefer face to face coaching and you live inter-state). A word on phone coaching. There are many advantages of phone coaching which include:

Individual Coaching

12 week wellness program you will receive:

  • A Comprehensive wellbeing assessment to determine what changes you would like to make. You will complete this in your own time.

  • Coach yourself to Wellness book and workbook to use during the coaching program.
    Read more
  • Initial 60 minute session where we will together develop a vision statement and a plan. (This will either be face to face or by phone depending on location.)
  • 3 fortnightly 40 minute phone sessions
  • 6 weeks of ongoing weekly email support.

A program of wellness coaching can offer the following:

Coaching can be conducted face to face in virtually any setting and also over the phone which works equally well and is convenient and cost effective for the client.
