Workshop Overview:	Over 2 days, our trainers will take you through: understanding coaching ethics and defining the three core coaching skills, learning the principles of building relationships, rapport and self-efficacy, use of the GROW model and an introduction to the Transtheoretical Model of Change You’ll also learn the practical aspects of coaching including the use of specific coaching principles, tools and techniques in practical coaching sessions, including: recognising the value of and implementation of a Wellbeing Questionnaire within the coaching process, use of specific coaching techniques including Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and SMART goal setting, and practice the critical skills for connecting clients to their deeper motivators for change, pinpointing their priorities and exploring their readiness to change in for different areas of wellbeing You'll also takeaway a complete session framework and model where you'll have with an understanding of how to explain the coaching process to your clients, set up and run your first session using the wellbeing questionnaire and subsequent client sessions. Post workshop assessments to be completed and submitted in order to gain certification.
Industry Accreditation	An approved CCE course with International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 19.25 hours core competencies and 2.25 hours Resource Development 20 CECs with Fitness Australia 15 CPD's with ESSA 5 PDPs with Physical Activity Australia 8 CPD's with APNA 8 CPEs with ANTA 20 CPE's with ATMS 10 CPE's with AAMT 5 CPD's with REPS NZ Also approved as ongoing professional education with AHHCA
Workshop Inclusions:	8 hour facilitated workshop (daily) Course materials Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided Level 1 and 2 Certificate of Attainment from Wellness Coaching Australia Access to gain professional membership with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and professional insurance with AON Insurance under Wellness Consultancy and Coaching (if you have a prior health, fitness or wellness qualification). Qualified to continue on to Level 3 Wellness Coach Training

Cancellation Policy	In the event of a booking cancellation, the following refund schedule will apply: a) Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the course start date = full refund b) Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the course start date = 50% refund c) Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the course start date = no refunds In the event of a booking date change, the following administration fee schedule will apply: a) Date change request more than 30 days prior to the course start date = No charge b) Date change request 22-29 days prior to the course start date = $40 admin fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable). c) Date change request 15-21 days prior to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 25% of course fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable). d) Date change request 14 days or less prior to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 50% of course fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
