About me:

I have been working in the Wimmera region as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for over 10 years. My career and experience to this point have led me to believe that the journey to wellbeing is more than just physical fitness. My life and career experience and training have allowed me the skillset to assist my clients in achieving a much deeper level of health and wellbeing. 

I have compassion and an understanding of the day-to-day challenges we can be confronted with, and how it impacts on our general health.  It is my mission to partner with my clients in exploring the possibilities that could make their lives fulfilling, healthy and happy, no matter what their circumstances.
