About me:

I am a Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach, owner of FitWell Training & member of the PT team at world class gym, The Fitness Playground. My passion is empowering women to break the obstacles to their optimal fitness & lifestyle so they can live their best lives & feel FANTASTIC. 

In the past I was heavy, unfit, lacking confidence & MISSING OUT. The process in turning this around was a long & punishing one. I don’t regret the past as its lead me to a better way of living and my purpose in supporting others. I believe that a balanced lifestyle is where it’s at. I love feeling strong, fit and confident, and being in a place where I believe in myself & make things happen! 

Along with operating FitWell Training in Sydney East, I work out of world class gym, The Fitness Playground. I have 15 years’ management & administration experience within elite sport, sports medicine & corporate environments, KPMG Performance Clinic, the NSW Institute of Sport & contracts linked to health education / weight loss.

SESSION 1: Goals + lifestyle review, assessment - fitness, body comp, movement, range + fitness recommendations. SESSION 2: workout! 
  • Wellness Coaching Consultations: Whether you want to make change in one or more areas i.e. nutrition, weight management, fitness, mindset, general health, recovery & stress management, this process is practical FOR YOU. Here we partner to create a plan to achieve your ultimate wellness & step through your journey to achieve lasting change.
  • Personal Training: Benefit from: personalised training plan, lifestyle strategies, ongoing tracking & review, emphasis on technique & progression, development of mobility, stability & efficient movement patterns and a supportive, encouraging environment.
