About me:

I am a Health, Nutrition & Wellness Coach with over 25 years experience in health care. Enabling people to achieve healthier & happier lives is my passion. I am a registered nurse with post graduate qualifications in community health, nutrition & business management; a personal trainer and health & wellness coach. I have always enjoyed working with individuals and groups in the pursuit of better health outcomes, whether its as a health coach, PT, community health nurse or in senior executive positions at community health services and hospitals.

Summit Health is my ‘Health, Nutrition  & Wellness Coaching’ business and this is where I support you to become the best version of yourself. Together, we work out what you want, why you want it, what’s stopping you and only then together create a plan for change. 
My passions include family, maintaining the healthiest version of myself, adventure & travel, whole foods, positive energy, kindness, marathon running, bushing walking, fitness, and running my own business.

Wellness is achieved by creating choices and strategies about nutrition, exercise, stress management, health maintenance & disease prevention. Learn skills and be supported all the way while you take control of your life and become the best version of you. Coaching with me is really effective if you:

You will be in the driver’s seat of your wellness journey and I will be offering support and guidance along the way. Coaching is all about what you need or want. You are the focus.  

As a Health, Nutrition & Wellness coach, I will help you find the motivation and tools to achieve your goals. I will support you to bridge the gap between what you want and what you actually do.  I have a curiosity for personal motivations & ingredients for individual success.  Overcome resistance to change & unhelpful habits, whilst achieving desired wellness goals. My coaching will facilitate change and empower you through:
  • Individual consultations conducted face to face or via telephone, skype and email
  • Group coaching sessions (healthcare settings, community & corporate)

Together we will: 
  • Create a wellness vision and a 3 month plan
  • Explore health & wellness areas that you would like to improve
  • Identify priority areas, define 3 monthly goals & identify challenges that may stand in your way
  • Create strategies to achieve your goals, including weekly goals  (smaller steps) that will work towards your 3 month goals 
  • Always finish a coaching session by moving further towards achieving your goals and vision

Creating sustainable healthy habits takes conscious effort and action and I am ready to support you on this journey.
