Cancellation And Change Of Date Policy
LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2 WORKSHOPS
In the event of a booking cancellation, the following refund schedule will apply:
a) Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the course start date = full refund
b) Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the course start date = 50% refund
c) Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the course start date = no refunds
In the event of a booking date change, the following administration fee schedule will apply:
a) Date change request more than 30 days prior to the course start date = No charge
b) Date change request 22-29 days prior to the course start date = $40 admin fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
c) Date change request 15-21 days prior to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 25% of workshop/webinar fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
d) Date change request 14 days or less prior to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 50% of workshop/webinar fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
LEVEL 2 WEBINAR COURSE
In the event of a booking cancellation, the following refund schedule will apply:
a) Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the course start date = full refund
b) Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the course start date = 50% refund
c) Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the course start date = no refunds
d) Cancellation once the course has commenced = forfeit fees and no refunds provided
In the event of a booking date change, the following administration fee schedule will apply:
a) Date change request more than 30 days prior to the course start date = No charge
b) Date change request 22-29 days prior to the course start date = $40 admin fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
c) Date change request 8-21 days prior to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 25% of workshop/webinar fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
d) Date change request 7 days or less to the course start date = Cancellation fee of 50% of webinar fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
e) Date change request once the course has commenced = forfeit fees and no credit transfers to a new booking.
LEVEL 1 & 2 ACCELERATED WELLNESS COACHING PROGRAM
In the event of a cancellation, the following refund schedule will apply:
a) Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the workshop date = 50% refund of the course payment that covers the workshop portion of the program.
b) Cancellation 15-29 days prior to the course start date = 25% refund
c) Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the course start date = no refunds
In the event of a date change, the following fee schedule will apply:
a) Date change request more than 30 days prior to the workshop date = No charge
b) Date change request 22-29 days prior to the workshop date = $40 admin fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
c) Date change request 15-21 days prior to the workshop date = Cancellation fee of 25% of workshop/course fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
d) Date change request 14 days or less prior to the workshop date = Cancellation fee of 50% of workshop/course fee + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
LEVEL 1 ONLINE COURSE
1) Refunds for online courses and products are not available if you change your mind about your purchase.
2) You are entitled to a refund, credit or repair for purchases only in these circumstances:
a) If the goods are NOT of merchantable quality – a basic level of quality that would be reasonable to expect;
b) If the goods don’t match the description given when ordered.
In the event of a booking cancellation, the following refund schedule will apply:
a) Cancellation 4 weeks or more prior to the course start date = full refund
b) Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the course start date = forfeiture of your $500 deposit and if any additional payments were received this balance will be refunded.
c) Cancellation once the course has commenced = no refunds applicable and forfeiture of any payments received.
In the event of a booking date change, the following administration fee schedule will apply:
a) Date change request 4 weeks or more prior to the course start date = No charge
b) Date change request less than 4 weeks prior to the course start date = $75 + the difference in price between original booking and new booking (if applicable).
c) Date change request once the course has commenced = change of dates no longer accepted and standard cancellation policy would apply.

1) Return or refunds for Goods are not available if you change your mind about your purchase.
