Dr Cam McDonald – Precision Health Alliance

We know that every client is unique, not just in their needs and goals, but in their actual biological makeup. However, it can take a long time to really find what works for an individual due to trial, error, the time it takes to change behaviours and how well they stick to the program to test it out.

This session is going to show you everything you need to know about precision health, and how the combination of the latest personalised health sciences and technology allow you to be certain about the right foods, exercise, sleep habits, stress management techniques, even their best work habits and environmental considerations – eliminating non-responders, trial and error and allowing you to do even more of what you do best, empower people to take action to improve their experience of life.
