"Health and Wellness Coaching skills is “the missing ingredient” that takes one-dimensional fitness programs and creates a model of lifestyle modification for clients. At Willows Health and Lifestyle Centre we decided to put our whole team through the training program - from our front office team right through to our exercise physiologists. They not only thoroughly enjoyed the training but were able to implement new skills immediately. Our members are now engaged in owning their lifestyle transition journeys, our entire team uses a coaching paradigm in their daily work and we have no need for a specific sales team”

I attended a workshop at an ICF conference presented by Fiona Cosgrove and immediately saw that your training was ground in habit change. None of the coach specific training I had done to date had addressed that context for coaching. After undertaking Level 1 and 2, I now have conceptual tool or lens as I prefer to call it that I can look at a client through, namely resistance to change and readiness for change. Now that I do look through this lens I have a way to hold up the mirror and sometimes hypothesise (with permission) about what might be happening for a client if they are stuck in some way.

I really enjoyed Level 1 and 2. It has certainly helped me identify areas for my own growth. The coach trainer was excellent during Level 2 delivery and I found it extremely helpful how he referred to specific challenges faced as a fitness professional. I’m planning lots of practise prior to studying Level 3, which is definitely in my future plans. I would highly recommend Wellness Coaching Australia.

I want to tell you how much this program changed my life. I didn't realise how much I would enjoy the skills taught to me over the weekend in the Wellness Coaching 1 and 2. Within hours I could see how wellness coaching works when things like counselling doesn't and 'expert' care isn't necessarily long-lasting. I was totally empowered and inspired to make gradual changes to my life. It left me feeling confident and content with baby steps that I knew were achievable. I also witnessed Fiona do what she does best. Her sincere care for others and genuine love of coaching and teaching is amazing. It rubbed off on me and I aspire to be as good as that. I practiced on my flatmate and she was so impressed after one session - So many realisations were had for her. It affected me and all my relationships have improved as a result. I can't thank you enough.
