I am so thankful to WCA for facilitating these courses. I felt I walked away with a great amount of tools to assist my clientele for real and sustained health behaviour change. And after doing many PD courses this year, yours was by far the most valuable and I have recommended it to all my colleagues.

I work with the Aboriginal community and feel that the wellness coaching has provided with the tools to educate and facilitate community members to self discovery and better self management. I have wanted to raise the issues of behaviours, fear, self sabotage, word associations but never knew how and this wellness course has provided me the platform to do so.

I have loved doing this course and think the information, the way it is structured is fantastic. Easy to digest and really makes it assessable to people. Most of all I love that it has brought an awareness to me of how to listen and guide with giving little advise, or telling people what to do, something we could all benefit from.
